Spot-On in 3 steps
- REFLECT. You reflect on 30 statements on your behaviour. For example:
- “I appear calm, but inside I’m not.”
- “I jump into action even though I know it’s better to wait.”
- “I consider other people’s opinions more important than my own.”
- SPOT. Your behaviour is mapped in the Spot-On Model.
- ACT. You consciously make different decisions & communicate in a more authentic way

From Contradictions to Paradoxes
Contradictions are in conflict with one another where Paradoxes are apparent opposites that coexist.
- Contradictions (Conflict) exist in a world of logic where “A cannot be Not-A”. It forces an either-or choice because one side must be “wrong” for the other to be “right”.
- In Paradoxes (Harmony), opposites don’t just exist; they interlock to reveal a deeper truth. For example, “The only constant is change”.
